Oak and Monkey Puzzle workshops include morning tea, snacks and 2 course kitchen garden lunch picked fresh from the estate kitchen garden and local seasonal produce – such as slow cooked Jonai Meatsmiths pork, garden greens and salads and homemade sourdough bread, followed by panna cotta with organic berries, all made by Natasha Morgan. 

About Josh Bowes:

Josh Bowes @drystonejackson is a stonemason, drystone waller, artist and sculptor of some 15 years experience. Self taught, Josh is of English farming peerage, where working with stone and drystone walling was simply a skill farmers ‘had’. Throughout his career Josh has merged his love of and skill working with stone and his diverse art practice.  As a result, Josh provides a unique perspective to his multi-disciplinary craft, to which he is passionately fixated and generously shares with workshop participants. 

Josh Bowes will be leading workshops to be held at Oak and Monkey Puzzle, Spargo Creek, Victoria, on the art of stone lettering and relief carving - imparting his knowledge and passion for these beautiful skills.
